Thank you for rendering our services. We value your trust and assure you of the best services at all times. As our client, when you are buying our service, you agree to our Terms and conditions as below:

• Under normal business circumstances, Gradme Global Consultants OPC (referred to as “GradMe ” in all subsequent Terms below) will ensure the delivery of all services within the stipulated period communicated via Emails and What’s app groups. 
• GradMe reserves the right to offer special discounts on its services to clients from time to time. Such offers can be availed through unique discount codes shared with clients
• At all times, GradMe expects to maintain a cordial business relationship with its clients. However, if the client comes across as being extremely unreasonable or rude to GradMe staff or its experts, GradMe reserves the right to cancel the order/service and terminate the agreement with the client. In the event of cancellation, any payment made to GradMe shall be forfeited.
• Any services rendered by us will have a maximum validity of 1 year from the date of purchase. This implies that the entire service under the plan shall be delivered within one year if not mentioned otherwise. GradMe reserves the right to cancel the order after one year. In the event of cancellation, the client will forfeit any payment made to GradMe.
• In situations where the client purchases a service in Advance, the GradMe team shall contact the client for order fulfillment within a reasonable timeframe before the deadline approaches. The client will cooperate with GradMe to help deliver the services promptly.
• In situations where the service needs to be delivered before a deadline, GradMe will clarify the estimated time required to fulfill the service to the client. The client is expected to cooperate with GradMe to enable us to deliver the services promptly. In case of any delay in order fulfillment, GradMe shall not bear the cost of any interest or penalty that may be imposed on clients by other parties.
• GradMe is governed by the laws of India. GradMe will carry out its business in good faith with complete transparency.
• GradMe reserves the right to refuse any order that it cannot deem to fulfill within the legal and regulatory framework of the country in which it operates.

FOR STUDENTS ONLY

• Above charges DO NOT include application fees of the university. The application fee (if any) for each university has to be borne entirely by the student.
• Although we try our best to get you into your dream university, GradMe does NOT guarantee admissions to any university.
• GradMe only provides visa consultancy. The visa application fee payment, application submission, and preparation of all visa documents are the student’s sole responsibility.
