These formative years play a pivotal role in the career building process where a student grows and learns by exploring. We offer our Shadow Me Program to help you choose a career stream that fits with your personality and interests. We guide you through your academics, extracurricular and help you harness your interests deeply. We thus help you understand your choices better, prioritize academics and extracurricular activities so that you can hit the bull’s eye by concentrating on what suits your interests.

During the three/four years of your undergraduate graduation, we help you develop professional skills that are a prerequisite for employability. We help you attend seminars and workshops that add to your academic background. We also assist you in finding internships and work-opportunities that add to your profile and brighten your prospects for higher studies.

If you've completed your bachelors and still not sure about what path to choose ahead - our team of industry experts can mentor you through this confusion. They will assist you with the decision of whether you should study or work at this particular time in your career. And whatever choice you make, they will be there to help you with the process as well. If your future course of action involves higher studies then our team can assist you towards developing the best profile.

How do we do?

One to one counselling sessions with our counsellor

This session includes an assessment of the personality, interests and ambitions of the student. Once the counselor has understood the background of the student, he/she suggests the best career alternatives and choices to the student.

Personality Test

We use a highly intensive career test that will help you understand your personality type by assessing 100 traits. The test results are then used to streamline viable career options for the student from a pool of 500 career choices.

Mapping the career path

Based on the counselling session and career test report, we strategically lay out a flexible career path the student has to follow. We also focus on the nitty-gritties involved in the process to help the student achieve maximum results.

Candidate profiling and enhancement

Further, as a part of the Intensive Counselling we at Gradme also help you find internships, attend seminars/workshops and take some add-on courses that enhance your skills and give you an edge over others. We thus aspire to create a rich student profile that showcases the true interests and personality of the student.
